Thanks to the training he received and the experiences he gained on roasting coffee, Alper Ulus became one of the 80 Roaster Pride (coffee gourmets) in the United States. In 2000, in order to share delicious coffee with everyone in Turkey, Alper Ulus In the 1990s, Coffee Pacifica moved its headquarters to Izmir. Thus, Ulus, which provides consultancy to the leading brands of the sector, started the import and export of coffees roasted within Coffee Pacifica in Turkey.

Soulmate Coffee, whose corporate infrastructure work took approximately 3 years and whose first franchise store, excluding trial stores, was opened in 2013, is a CADOSA A.Ş. (Harworking, Accurate, Sincere) brand. Soulmate was established with the aim of creating a Franchise system in which more than 30 years of industry experience will be supported by production infrastructure and to create a Turkish brand. While it operated with 13 stores in 2016 , it continues to grow both domestically and abroad with 40 stores as of 2020.
